什么是创新工作坊?
创新工作坊是一种有趣又高效，并能引爆参与者潜在创新力的工作和培训方式。以有效率、有组织的活动为基础的研究方法，获得利害关系人对创意的信任与意见。虽然工作坊的规划和执行颇费功夫，但是绝对值得，除了可以从参与者身上获得众多洞见，同时也能确保团队成员和客户的接受度。
创新工作坊常用来训练对创新思考有兴趣的人以及团队合作，通常都是在参与者的工作场所或对大家都方便的地方举行，节省参与者的时间。根据特定的问题，进行密集的创意活动，目前在公司训练和高层培训中非常受到欢迎。结合简报及动手做的设计活动，让来自商业和其他背景的参与者，都能接触到针对设计的研究、概念构成、思考和程序的常见方法。
我们利用各种各样具有针对性的工作坊，对问题的解决起到引导性和开创性的作用。

为什么需要工作坊?
Iphone 用‘衍生式’研究，建构出理想中的APP元素，并用‘启发式评估’，设计出广受欢迎的APP。
eBay用‘A/B测试’，对照买家对网站图片大小的反应；再用眼球追踪法确认广告效益，拟定广告策略。
Frog Design用‘群众外包法’寻找灵感。
乐高集团透过‘创意工具箱’，激发设计时更深层的思考……
这些都是工作坊中常用的方法与结果。

二工大设计工作坊
组织：XinPort，上海第二工业大学
2014. 11. 5, 中国 上海
XinPort与上海第二工业大学联合组织了一场关于解决不能解决的问题的工作坊。我们运用了如图像引、亲和图、3-12-3头脑风暴、创意接龙、Nuf测试等设计方法，让同学们从完全开源开始，定义问题、锁定目标，经过团队合作，最后提出解决方案。虽然只有短短的3个小时，每组同学都产生了非常有意思的方案。比如，“不运动会死星球”小组设计的健身房服务系统24小时不间断提供服；"不能一个人杀虫"小组的花朵杀虫还能提供生物能源，环球旅行体验仪除了个人使用，也许还能为各种展会服务。
虽然解决方案还略显稚嫩，不过都是一个创新的开始。工作坊的功能就是为接下去的设计打开一扇门，或者在门关了的时候打开一扇窗，坚持下去才是创新之路的王道。

Are you interested in learning more about assistive technologies for individuals with disabilities?
In this workshop we will discover a simple way to hack remote controlled toy cars so that physically challenged kids can enjoy playing with them too. The purpose is to contribute your ideas and skills to the challenge of how we might improve the basic toy hack remote controller design and program different forms and functions for kids with a range of special need. The transformation of the circuit and re-welding is very interesting. When one see the re-design of the toy allows children with disabilities to play, we have a great sense of accomplishment.
你对辅助科技如何能够帮助残疾人感兴趣吗？在这次工作坊中，我们通过改造遥控玩具以便残疾儿童也能使用。目的是体验自己动手为残疾儿童改造玩具的乐趣，对目前的遥控器的设计如何进一步完善，并如何在这基础上，针对不同特殊需求的小朋友开发更多玩具功能贡献你的想法和技能。其中对电路的改造与重新焊接很有意思。当看到重新设计的玩具能让残疾小朋友也能玩，大家都很有成就感。
Workshop on ICT for Sustainable Urban Development

On 27th of August 2014 Stockholm Royal Seaport (SRS) Innovation in collaboration with KTH organized a workshop with the theme “Smart and sustainable solutions in Stockholm Royal Seaport”. The workshop, held in conjunction with the ICT4S international conference, tried to address questions surrounding key challenges and opportunities in employing ICT as a means towards urban innovation. Experts presented the various ICT solutions embedded in the Stockholm Royal Seaport project and shared their experience on various challenges facing the large scale implementation of these solutions. Panel and group discussion focused on tackling the obstacles and identifying key opportunities both locally and globally.
Anna-Karin Stoltz Ehn, the head of SRS Innovation, presented an overview of the evolving needs of the City of Stockholm, the vision to create a vibrant, creative and living city raising the important question “How can we fulfill the needs and vision for the citizens of Stockholm?”

Together we’ll design some magical user experiences! We are limiting the scope to be small - a load bar, a scroll function or that sweet button animation. All stuff we do will be open sourced so that Malmö can build a legacy to the world. You will be designing in teams, designers and developers will work together and yes there will be beer involved.
